Horrible horrible experience. Stay away.

Apartment was easy to find, the lift was very welcome, and the key code worked.

1)The apartment is across from an EXTREMELY LOUD bar. The bar doesn't shut down until after 4.30 a.m. As that is a deal breaker, the host SHOULD BE REQUIRED that massive negative value to post in the description. 2)no flushing the loo paper. If handling your pee soaked and poo covered loo paper is too much for you, then avoid this place. No additional bin bags, so bring your own should be noted in the description. 3) flickering lights after turning the light off. The flickering continued for hours. If epilepsy is an issue, this lighting problem WILL trigger a seizure. 4)There is enough hot water for a 7 minute shower. So don't dawdle and enjoy that shower. 5) The pillows are horrific. The hard one is too hard to sleep on. The soft one pancakes down. Both together collapse if you want to sit up in bed. 6)NO RESPONSE from the host if there is a problem. they do not respond to phone calls, texts, or email. 7) If you spill something on the floor, no broom or whisk is available for cleanup.8)

We enjoyed a short stay in Athens

We enjoyed a short four days stay in Athens. Excellent location of the accommodation near the center. Very good price/performance ratio.

Extremely loud noise, shouting, music, until 3 a.m. at least on weekends. You won't be able to sleep without earplugs.

Never changed towels Stayed for a week.Nobody called to see what was missing.Had to pack and change apartment due to broken sofa bed.Second stay was better but sheets and towels never changed.Had to leave at 11 although promised that they would keep our luggage since our flight was at 7.30

Was a good choice for us

Location; it was very close to syntagma square, many touristic attractions, public transport shops cafes restaurants... we walked almost everywhere. Host; before arrival she sent a detailed message and was easy to contact when needed. Flat; we were 4 people so booked the flat with 2 rooms, it has 2 bedrooms with seperate bathrooms which was perfect and also the entrance was like a living room and a kitchen with 2 refrigerators ( which was surprising) all the things we needed was there even an iron and ironing board, AC ın all rooms etc. ** Maybe it was a bit far but we had a view of Acropolis as well.

The only small problem is there is no place to open your luggages ın the rooms as they are a bit small. We had 2 cabin size luggages and was hard to do it if you have bigger ones than they wont fit anywhere at all. You can either use the main room or do it on the bed which is not a good idea if you care about hygiene.

Perfect place located in the heart of Athens.

It is brand new with modern furniture, tidy, clean and has all the necessary equipment. Mrs Konstantina is very kind and helpful and responds immediately to any request. I have already recommended KolokotroniLofts to friends and I would certainly stay here again.

cozy, comfortable, quiet

bed was comfy, shower was massive and the place was quiet. It's not in the thick of things if that's what you're looking for, but a 5-10 minute walk to the train and squares. Had a nespresso machine which I think is a bonus.

Incredible location, with views of Acropolis, modern, clean, spacious apartment.

Location was incredible,close to all sites and amenities. Views of the Acropolis from the apartment was a beautiful bonus. Ensuites in both bedrooms was a huge bonus. Aircon was excellent relief to the Athenian Heat.

Some Powerpoints were not working, freezer was iced over so needed to be cleaned, bathroom cabinents were broken and not useable. Availability of a washing machine would have been amazing.

Great space for a family of 4 or even two couples. Good location walking distance to everything. Property owner was great to communicate, very helpful and even organising taxis for us. Will definitely recommend.

Nice studio apartment, significant noise from street though.

Good size studio apartment at Athens city centre. very close to everything and between Syntagma and Monastiraki Metro stations. Apartment was clean and good size to fit a small family. There was a very useful kitchenette and fridge with the relevant utensils, plus a Nespresso machine. Comfortable beds.

Two issues: Noise pollution is very high till late in the night, like 03:00 in the morning, even in workdays, mainly caused by a club opened recently in the street across. How this is even legal in a residential area? We have stayed in these apartments few times and some street noise should be expected and we were always fine with that but this time it was beyond acceptable. I suppose if you're visiting for partying and clubbing that's not a problem, but if you're travelling with family you may want to consider this. Also, it is unclear how often to expect change of towels or bed sheets as there is no reception or person of contact in the property apart from contact through the booking app.

Extremely noisy due to work done inside the building during almost two thirds of the day. Also noisy bar on ground floor, music until very late. Room smelled intensely of stale smoke even though it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room.

It's Located in a good neighborhood. They where very nice and helpful to checking in at 13:00 instead of 15:00.

I can't call it clean when there are bunches of hair in the shower. Also, in order to have hot water to shower, one needs to switch a button in the main electricity pannel half an hour before taking a shower and to switch it off. Then you enter the shower just to realize that one of it's doors is missing! The light above the sink is in the ceiling so you don't see your face very well while shaving. There is no power outlet in the shower for an electric shaving or for the hair dryer. The cupboard has only two shelves which are already occupied by two blankets so there's no place for your clothes. They call themselves LUXURY yet this is the only place that as a guest I was asked to take down the garbage. BTW, I looked and didn't find any large garbage bins anywhere close, meening, the guest has to take his garbage and walk with it in the street till he/she finds a large bin.

Nice room.. Noisy street

It was not far to walk from Syntagma or Monastirki. The room was big & clean

The entrance was not very nice & the rolladoor closed at 10pm so you needed to use a key to get into the building. We were there on a Friday & Saturday nights. Directly under the building is a bar which played music & people were talking loudly till early in the morning. It was difficult to sleep. Im not sure if it is so noisy mid week also ?

Very good

The room is fresh and looks recently renovated. If has everything you need. It is ideal for a couple or 2 friends. The bed is big and comfy. The location is amazing, right in the centre and the street is busy so it feels safe even for solo travellers. There is a coffee machine and the hosts had let coffee capsules which was very kind.

There are bars downstairs so it can be noisy. The windows cancel a lot of the noise but not all. The cooking facilities are limitied-but it didn't bother me. The drain in the shower is not constructed properly and as a result the water stays in the shower floor and creates a pool. I think because of that or other drainage issues there is a constant unpleasant smell. You do not notice the smell though after a while.

Location was prime. Absolutely close to everything in Athens. A couple of clubs on the street.

Started off rough. Requested for an early check in but apparently wasn’t granted. Cleaning lady was late and had to quickly clean the apartment.

Not enough blankets and towels. Towels were replenished but blanket request wasn’t granted.
