Great location.

The bed sat very low to the floor that made getting up & down difficult.

Central location Great price affordability Friendly and helpful staff Good equipment (kitchen, electrical appliances)

Bed mattress and infant cot were very uncomfortable (due to cheap options of host). A bit noisy but this is expected due to the central location.

The price was in our budget and the bed was comfortable. Complimentary water, coffee and tea. Customer service was great!

Noise level and location Location was ok if you wanted to be in this area but we didn’t like the area. We had a street drummer for hours early evening outside the hotel that made it difficult to relax. We could hear people talking and partying on street and we were 5 floors up. At midnight a store alarm was going off. The fact that after the stores closed at 8 we had to go behind a huge metal gate, a huge metal door, up the elevator, through another locked door and then to our door was awkward. We had 6 keys on our ring. I suppose it should have made us feel secure but that and all the police presence made us feel like we needed to be on high alert at all times.
