Staying at this apartment helped make our trip to Varenna very special

The apartment was delightful and beautifully decorated. Everything seemed new, attractive, cheerful, and thoughtfully done. The location on the main square was ideal and allowed us to easily walk to all sights and restaurants.

Petit Bijou is an excellent apartment in s great location.

Location is excellent, clean , spacious and plenty of amenities. Host Deborah was very communicative during our stay. Loved her apartment and its location. Highly recommended.

The light in the bedroom is a bit dull and hard to see at night with it on.

Loved Lake Como and surrounds but would have been more enjoyable with a good nights sleep

Location was fine. It was great to be able to cook breakfast as kitchen had all utensils needed. Little shop just around the corner for eggs and bread etc.

The beds were as hard as the tiled floor plus pillows need replacing. We also could not turn the very noisy bedroom a/c off.

Location was sensational, breakfast was delicious! Rooms cool and quiet while on the edge of a piazza Host had generously provided 2litres of water in the fridge ( much appreciated in a heatwave!) Everything about the accommodation was beyond our expectations

Our host Deborah was extremely helpful and responded very quickly to a question we had. We were treated to complementary beer and breakfast on our last day. The apartment was exactly as listed - great location and great communication with host, Deborah.

about 10-12 mins walk from Varenna Train station. easy to find property. easy access with door lock code and key box code. very good location. next to restaurants, shops and best gelato shop. 5 mins walk from Villa Monestero. 10 mins walk from Ferry stop to get to Bellagio. good host and guided us through various things. very good air conditioning. spacious apartment. homely feeling. host provided us water bottles, biscuits and tea bags on our welcome

Deborah was a great host - very easy to communicate with and helpful. The apartment itself is positioned at the heart of the square in Varenna - great location. Very cute apartment and well appointed. Would highly recommend.

Beds were on the hard side according to my wife - personal choice I suppose.

I asked the owner about the iron and found a brand new iron in the room. thank you for that! also the owner left for me 2 big bottles of water in fridge. this is very handy when coming from a long trip.

location location location!! love love love this place! great location—coffee in the plaza every morning, strolls through the town, great accommodations and host, bites and wine within walking distance.

we heard the drunks strolling home at night. they are loud. if windows are closed, it’s no problem, but if they are open—-sounds like they are standing in your kitchen. otherwise awesome!!

Cozy and comfortable stay at the heart of charming Varenna.

The apartment is cozy & very clean, perfect for staying over a weekend for me & my husband. Deobrah, the host were very generous to get us check in much earlier than normal check in time, and I broke the glass of wine, but she did not ask me to pay for that. The private parking were extremely convenience (with a bit of extra cost, but it is well worth as you stay at the heart of the town over the weekend). I like the bathroom the most. There is no window, but it is extremely well managed: dry, warm, good smell, very well done of the job. I am very please to find this aprt for the weekend stay at the Varenna down town.

This is only because of me like to cook my own food as we are on diet. There are some cooking essential lack off, but overall, it is all good. Actually, if you stay right at the heart of the town in this apartment, you should not cooking at home, you should go out & eating out at the heaven of delicious foods. If I ever come back to Varenna & stay downtown, this will be my first choice again.

Charming apartment in a great location

The location of this flat is excellent! You are in the main piazza of Varenna with a fantastic restaurant just downstairs. We liked it so much we dined at the same place both nights.

The hosts should provide some basic items like salt and oil. These will cost less than 3 euros (nothing compared to the rent for a night here) and lead to much greater comfort for their guests. We are used to having these provided in the other places we have stayed at.

Exceptional

The location and size was perfect for my needs, I loved how the windows opened to the piazza and that the apartment was a two stairways away from all the bustle of Varenna.

The water heater is small so showering needed to be quick and logistical. While it was amazing having the view of the piazza it is located one floor above ground and the kitchen/dining area has sheer curtains meaning you may get some curious stairs from passerby. An additional curtain would be nice.

Bel appart, bien placé et confortable

Notre séjour a été très agréable et confortable. L'appart est cosy, bien équipé, propre et proche du centre,de la gare de la villa Monastero et Cipressi. Notre hôte Déborah est adorable, au petit soin (parapluie à disposition, des boissons)et joignable sur WhatsApp, très réactive. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Aucune information sur les parkings publics,, Le plus proche situé à plus de 100m nous a couté pour un AM et une nuit 36 € Aucune information sur les restaurants. Débarcadère éloigné.

Tout était parfait, logement très propre tout confort.Voiture sécurisée dans un garage . L’accueil et la réactivité de Déborah très appréciable 🤗

Posizione ottima. Deliziosa e graditissima l idea di lasciare acqua, vino e birra a disposizione dei clienti nel frigo. Pulizia top. Infissi straordinari, non senti un rumore mentre hai uno squarcio di visuale sulla piazzetta deliziosa

La colazione non è inclusa, quindi va bene tutto, e capisco la clientela prevalentemente straniera:ma la caffettiera per l americano invece che le capsule o la moka.. Che dolore!! Anche il bollitore lo metterei semplice, elettrico col filo a muro In camera manca l oscuramento alla finestra accanto al letto, andrebbe risolta meglio che con la tenda da ufficio
