Really cozy and quiet apartment, perfect for a relaxing stay. The host was super friendly and very accommodating with my late check-in, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend!

Very Comfortable stay!

The apartment is very nice and clean and has all the amenities that you need (kitchen, fridge,sink ETs) .I was very impressed by how organized it was. I stayed here a few nights and really enjoyed it. The owner was very nice and somewhat accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place if you don’t mind walking 17min into town or taking public transportation.

THERE IS NO WI-FI Available. I thought it was expensive for the value (specially being “off season”). It’s a 15-20 minute walk into town. The check out seemed a bit early at 10 AM. You have to give a deposit and pay tourist tax when you get there. Other than that it was very nice.

Nice, comfortable stay.

Pretty nice place overall, it has plenty of amenities, small shops nearby and I'd stay again if I return to Bologna. Host is a really nice guy. It's in good condition, quiet, and stays reasonably cool in the hot weather.

No wifi, cash deposit is a little weird (normal in Italy?).

Why don't you book?

The owner is very friendly, easy to talk and kind!! And the room is large and comfortable:) Also it is not shared with others, so you can protect your privacy during your stay. Though it's certainly a little far from the city centre, there is a bus stop near the apartment, so you can easily go to the city centre and Bologna station with one bus. I like this apartment very much and I wanna borrow it again;)

Felicitări, un sejur de 5 stele plus!

Un sejur de 9 zile de nota 10! Foarte curat, dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie, proprietarul ne-a întâmpinat cu bomboane, apă, ceai și cafea, are tot ce trebuie în materie de vesela și materiale de curățenie inclusiv articole de toaletă, indiferent ce ai nevoie găsești în apartament. Foarte aproape de centrul istoric iar stațiile de autobuz chiar vis a vis de apartament. La colțul blocului este un bar cu cel mai bun Negroni din Bologna și dimineața are cornuri grozave cu ciocolata și fistic. Lângă locație sunt multe restaurante, cofetării, gelatteri și magazine. Recomand apartamentul și felicitări proprietarului pentru facilitățile și ospitalitatea pe care o oferă oaspeților.

Nu am nici măcar o obiecție. Voi reveni anul viitor!!!

Per chi arriva in macchina, un po' complicato trovare parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze.

Super, immer wieder gerne!

Federico war sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und pünktlich. Er hat uns alle Fragen zum Transport, Restaurants etc. beantwortet. Direkt vor dem Haus fährt der Bus und auch fussläufig ist alles gut erreichbar. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe und auch Supermärkte. Direkt um die Ecke ist eine super leckere Eisdiele, sehr zu empfehlen!
