Comfortable for 5 persons Big apartment Location was great, near new city center

The big bathroom needs improvement: The toilet seet extremly dirty The bathtube was clogging up after every bath The sinck faucet was brocken The bed sheets were stained The couch was extremly dirty The plates were also dirty No AC which is a minus due to extreme summer temperatures.

Genova not only for tourists

The apartment is big and spacious, it also has all facilities you need even for a longer stay. It was bright and not noisy even if it's on a big street. The location looks a bit far on the first sight but it's pretty central, you can reach the sightseeing just by walking. There are several parking options in the near, it's a blue zone paid by hour but there are also some white zone places in the near (white zone is free). There are several really nice restaurants, cafes, bars and bakeries in the near so you can easily enjoy the city as local if you want to. We liked it very much there

decent apartment for a short stay in Genova - but avoid in hot weather.

Location is easy walking distance to city. Spacious and bright. Elevator worked fine. Secure.

No Air Conditioning with only 2 fans supplied for a 3 bedroomed Apartment. Extremely Uncomfortable at night. Drains partially blocked. Kitchen and bathrooms too slow to to clear so residue remains. Some maintenance needed to main bath. Sofa in lounge grubby.

Perfect apartment with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Brand new , well equipped in a safe disctrict, good wi-fi and warm apartment.

Hot water boiler does not work. Hot water was enough only for 1 person , and rest 5 people need to take extremely cold shower. The host should inform about it the guests. It is very important !

It was marked as air conditioning but it was only one fan in one room and a welcome pack was not left when one should have been. Can be noisy early morning as not far from a busy road when the windows are open

BEL EMPLACEMENT

Grand appartement bien placé avec 2 salle de bain.

Isolation des fenêtres d’une des chambres inexistante, beaucoup de bruit de la rue très passante à côté, on n’a pas dormi de la nuit. Problème d’évacuation d’eau de l’évier de la cuisine. La clé s’est cassée dans la serrure nous avons été obligé de nous déplacer jusqu’à la conciergerie à 20h du soir pour récupérer le double de la clé. Une seule clé pour 2 couples ce n’est pas suffisant 😬

appartamento spazioso accogliente in posizione centrale ottimo per 5 persone

dovrebbero curare di più la pulizia della cucina abbiamo trovato tutte le stoviglie sporche bicchiere tazze ecc. e senza sapone da poterle lavare. Forse un controllo di persona al check out sarebbe consigliato per presentare l’appartamento pulito e funzionante ai nuovi ospiti . Anche nel bagno piccolo la doccia era staccata dal muro

Bonne WIFI dans l'appartement. Cet appartement est au centre de la ville, nous avons tout fait à pied.

L'accès est difficile, car il est impossible de se garer devant pour déposer les valises. Étant arrivée en avance (15 h 00) j'ai téléphoné à Wonderfull Italy pour savoir si c'était possible de me donner les clés au lieu de les avoir à 15 h 30. On m'a répondu, non pas avant 15 h 30. J'ai donc attendu. La personne est arrivée à 16 h 00. Avec deux enfants de 04 et de moins de 2 ans, nous avons attendu devant la porte d'entrée plus d'une heure avec le froid, nos voitures en stationnement dans un parking sous terrain à 1km. Nous avons pris les douches à plus de 21 h 00, mais les chauffe-eau n'avaient pas encore la bonne température. Résultats, les enfants et les adultes ont pris la douche pratiquement froide. Pour finir, il n'y avait pas de chauffage. Il faisait froid dans l'appartement. L'appartement est grand spacieux, mais manque de matériel. Pas de micro-ondes, très peu de vaisselle notamment pour une location pour 4 adultes et deux enfants (verres dépariés) planches à découper avec moisissure. Bref c'était pas le top. C'est dommage,
