Quiet calm property with easy access to the Loire cycling paths. Beautiful grounds in an old mill. Delicious breakfast made from local produce. Access to restaurants and a supermarket in the town.

The room was too hot ( there was a heatwave) and there was no fan in the room. Bags have to be left outside of the room. Within cycling distance of Chambord Chateau.

Full of character property run by caring hosts

Sabine and Michael are very welcoming and caring hosts. They have worked hard to create a nice and comfortable stay in a very old mill full of character. The room and the bathroom were large and breakfast was delicious. We will go back with pleasure.

Lovely room and friendly owners.

We usually don’t eat breakfast, so we only wanted bread and jam, we also got freshly squeezed oranje juice and a lovely cup of coffee, all we needed in the morning. Our Neighbours got charcuterie/cheese/eggs and it all looked great. We had dinner at a nearby restaurant, recommanded by the B&B owners (la Chanterelle) and that was also a great choice. Thanks a lot and if we ever come back to that region we would definitively stay there again.

Un havre de paix et de fraîcheur sur la route des châteaux de la Loire. Nous avons apprécié la grande chambre au lit queen size confortable, la petite terrasse privée, le parking et les super petits déjeuners de Sabine .

Accueil chaleureux, bien que nous soyons arrivés un peu plus tôt que prévu. Cadre magnifique, tant à l’extérieur que dans le superbe bâtiment entièrement restauré. Chambre superbement décorée, grand parking sécurisé. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel, tous les produits sont faits maison et délicieux. A recommander sans hésitation.

Zeer groot verblijf met fijne gastheer en gastvrouw.

Het was even zoeken, hek was op slot, maar toen konden we naar binnen en de auto op het binnenterrein, achter het hek, parkeren. De ontvangst was erg hartelijk en alles werd goed uitgelegd. Ook de voorbereiding op het ontbijt werd doorgenomen. We hadden een zeer ruime kamer, 40 vierkante meter, waarvan de badkamer zeer, zeer groot was. Bed was prima en ontbijt ook.

We hadden een vervelende grondgeur/ rioolgeur in het toilet (los van de grote badkamer) en bij aankomst was het even zoeken: hek op slot en geen deur en/of bel. Dus telefoonnummer van booking gebeld, maar geen gehoor. Het blijkt dat daar een 0(nul) teveel in staat. Uiteindelijk is het gelukt en was het verder prima.

Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Die Mühle aus dem Jahr 1210 ist ein Traum. Das Zimmer war wunderschön, mit Terrasse und einem schönen Bad. Alles super sauber. Gut für einen längeren Aufenthalt, weil viele Loire-Schlösser von dort aus schnell zu erreichen sind, nicht nur Chambord. Die Loire ist in einer Stunde fußläufig zu erreichen, der Spaziergang ist zu empfehlen. Sabine und ihr Mann sind total nett und zuvorkommend, sie haben eine ganz liebe Hündin namens Pinka.
