Potential is there just need more attention to details

The check-in was easy and they communicated immediately via text. We got stuck in the parking lot mud while backing in, and the owners tried to help us. They are friendly and I hope they will take the feedback to enhance their guest experience.

-The crib we requested was very dirty and smelly. The sheets were not clean, and the comforters in the room were either dirty or not fresh. The room had dirty dishes. I wish they freshened it up before we arrived. -The room has a draft coming from the sliding door; it was so cold that my baby had to sleep in the bed with us. We asked for them to turn the heat up, but they have a standard 20-degree temperature. We were all very cold. And the towel warmer was not working. -The breakfast is coffee, baguettes and yogurt. No fruit, cheeses or eggs. There is a bakery down the street, at least a pastry basket, or a quiche and a fruit plate would be nice. -It's cash or transfer only.

Having to pay with cash. ATMs don't stay open 24hrs so it set us back time wise on our trip waiting til 0830 to use an ATM, then go back to pay.

The Booking website

This place is definitely NOT 8.9 rate, it is not more than 6 compare to other places I’ve stayed in the Loire. The review don’t reflect the place, the facilities , the room , the outside. The photos on booking are definitely photoshopped. The room is poor , the terrace towards the pool is full with big flies. The shower curtain is with mold, the mattress and pillows are not comfortable, the rooms are side by side with no isolation, such as your unknown neighbours are like together with in the room.there is now air conditioning but cheap vent and it really impossible to consist the hot room specifically at night. Lastly booking is non refundable and when you get there and regret you find that you need to pay but not by card. There is a huge gap between the reviews the rate and the reality

We were extemly satisfied with our stay! The owner Roman was welcoming and helpful with advice on what to see, where to eat, where to fill up the car. Breakfast and parking included in the price. Great rooms and in the summer a nice pool. I wish Roman many satisfied tourists! I strongly recommend!

Excellent - exceeded expectations , lovely hosts , great breakfast and good value for money .

Made to feel very welcome by hosts who were helpful throughout. Romain kept in touch with us by text on our journey to Les Arbris and assisted us with our late arrival. Both maul and Romain were exceedingly friendly and helpful with recommendations for eating and visiting.

Nothing. The location was perfect for our journey South towards Castres and also for our return . We enjoyed a lovely meal in nearby Beaugency.

Brilliant place to stay for a few nights to relax and break up the journey through France, great hosts and great pool.

The people who worked there were really welcoming and helpful. The pool was great. The town of Mer fun and Blois nice too.

There could have been a fridge in the room to keep drinks cold, food, or more room in the kitchen.

We were disappointed that we were not able to use the room we had booked due to a flood. Unfortunately, we were not advised in advance. We were also not able to pay by card - we would have appreciated knowing this in advance.

Anne is a lovely host, friendly and helpful. Accommodation is very comfortable and quiet. Nice private outdoor area to enjoy a drink after a long drive. Breakfast was substantial with good selection. Great value.

Niska temperatura w pokoju, śniadanie - jednak to moje niedopatrzenie przy rezerwacji, że dopiero od 8.00 jest śniadanie. Niby właściciel coś zostawiał w lodówce do zjedzenia więc widać było chęć pomocy. Ogólnie w porządku podejście.

Lit de 140 seulement. Les standards actuels sont de 160 minimum. Pas assez de rangement dans la chambre, une penderie mais pas d’étagère ou de commode. Salle de bain minimaliste avec manqué de place pour ranger ses affaires également.

Top lieu et proche de tout les châteaux de la Loire. Parking top et gratuit. Lieu calme et reposant. Le personnel est au petits soins. Petit déjeuner très agréable.

Il faudrait rajouter des échantillons gel douche et shampoing car trop peu pour 2 personnes. Un peu de poussière sous le lit et coin de la chambre (toiles d'araignées) : un petit coup de plumeau et un petit coup d'aspirateur en plus serait le bienvenue.

La chambre mériterait un bon coup de peinture, la télécommande de la tv devrait être changée, pommeau de douche également... Également problème d'humidité dans la salle de bain et rideau de douche qui ne retient pas toute l'eau...
