Great communication and service from the Milhouse team. We had to book at very short notice after a cancelled flight. Could not have found a better place.

Excellent location close to the Duomo and other sites
The room doesn't look anything like what they show on the photos. The photos on Booking.com suggest a massive room with art on the walls and a terrace, This is NOT what you get. Also be extra careful when choosing the room - if you're looking for a room with a terrace or not. The posting on Booking.com is deceptive and the staff are NOT helpful at all.
The noise from the fridge was super loud. Also could hear the noise from the neighbours quite clearly.
Definitely not going back!
