Close to most attractions and impressive hotel Very clean and staff was exceptional! Dinesh and Alicia were so nice and helpful. Great quiet boutique hotel. Would definitely stay here again! In the fashion area!

The location was fabulous
Just a little tricky to get in

Friendly staff. Great location — at least for me: Saint Andrea street is quiet and cozy, with lots of high-end boutiques. The entrance to the courtyard where the hotel is located is right next to the Chanel boutique, and the hotel itself is inside, near Gianbattista Valli. My room was tastefully and uniquely decorated — I would describe this as a boutique-style hotel. The bed, pillows, and linens were all very comfortable. Daily housekeeping was thorough, with fresh towels and restocking of water and coffee (there’s a coffee machine in the room). The staff gave detailed explanations about when the gates are locked, how to use the keys, and how to access the hotel at any time.
It was really hard to find the entrance — there’s no visible hotel sign. I had to walk around and ask at neighboring doors, but since the hotel isn’t marked, no one could really help. It would be great to receive detailed instructions in advance. There’s no red carpet or doorman — first, you have to enter a courtyard, then find a glass door (which opens automatically if someone inside notices you — I think the person in the small gatehouse does this). After that, you go up to the second floor. If you arrive during the day, the inner door might be open, but in the evening it will be locked, and you’ll need a key card. Then you’ll find a small reception desk where they explain everything. There is air conditioning in the room, but I prefer fresh air. Unfortunately, when I opened the window, mosquitoes came in, and although the bed was comfortable, it was impossible to sleep. This was partly my fault, but I think the staff should be aware and leave mosquito repellent just in case. The wardrobe is small and old (or antique, depending on how you look at it), and the door is hard to close. Only 4 hangers — that’s really not enough. The glass holder by the sink was loose and tilted at 45 degrees. And the shower — honestly, you can hardly wash there unless you like cold baths. There was no hot water — not after one minute, not after five. Just a lukewarm trickle with no pressure, and that was the biggest drawback, really affecting the comfort level. There was hot water in the sink, but the basin was so tiny, you couldn’t even wash your hair in it.
