Everyone was extremely kind and accommodated all of our requests. The breakfast was delicious! A large variety of foods, and the terrace where we had breakfast was lovely! We stayed in one of the rooms with the balcony, it was very spacious and super clean.

Breakfast was tasty and fulfilling. The scenery looking over the Mediterranean while eating was dreamlike, simply outstanding. The staff members Claudia and Maria were extremely patient with our many questions and helpful in every way possible.
This isn’t the fault of the hotel, but customers who arrive without their own autos, will have to walk up steep steps to reach Ravello square or else take a taxi or use the communale bus. Maria helped us understand how to summon the bus and understand its schedule, so it worked out perfectly for us.

Property is in an excellent location… Just stares away from about everything. A 10 minute walk to the city center.
The Wi-Fi was poor. Also, we had to pay €25, per person, to use the pool next-door to the hotel property. This wasn’t horrible… However, it would’ve been nice to have had pool privileges included.
