Lovely staff, stunning location with great views, and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities.
The bed and pillow were a bit firm for me, but that’s just my personal preference!

Clean, nice and really small room
The host was really nice and the room was clean
The lack of bin inside the room (There is one in the toilet) was a bit annoying. The upper terrace doesn't have any beds so the pictures are not correct (see attached) The tax fee payment must be in cash

Ravello is a lovely village and if you only want to visit for a couple of days Carmela will make Angeli a Ravello your h
The host was very helpful and provided assistance as far as she could with issues. Well stocked minibar, coffee and breakfast supplies. Great view from upstairs terrace. Bed was comfortable snd bathroom was tiny but well designed and had all requirements. Great coffee and breakfast cafe as well as top quality restaurant within 200m of the (tiny) apartment.
It was remote and difficult to get to with or without a car. A lot of steps and/or distance uphill to drag one or more suitcases. Not the property’s fault but it was exceptionally busy for October and the bus transfers to nearby Amalfi were horrendous and a massive drama to actually fight your way on to any buses. If you miss a bus the taxi drivers offer extortionate fees (such as €70!! For one person vs €1.50 for the bus - if you can get on one) that they make up on the spot. It is outrageous as they know you are trapped if you miss the bus!

Great time in Ravello, lovely little room with excellent service. They went above and beyond.
Great location with a gorgeous view. A short 5 minute walk to Ravello centre and transport

My advice is not to stay in Ravello unless they solve the hardship with the access road issue.
Ravello is a distant town in the Amalfi Coast. Warm days are amazing, but rainy days are cold and damp. Quite colder than shore areas. They had an accident in the main road to Amalfi in may, and it´s actually closed. Buses are actually moving through alternative roads and take ages to reach other sites or Amalfi, and a taxi may cost up to 200 euros (for a 10 minute trip). Angeli a Ravello and other hotels in the zone should give good advice of this issue previous arrival, and even admit cancellations. It is difficult to reach Ravello at certain times in the day. After 9:30 pm you may not be able to reach it at all. Mind this.
Owners kept the information about how unreacheable their place is, and once we found out the implications and expressed our frustation they turned distant and mad. We felt they just wanted us to leave. It has been by far the most unfair treament we as a family recieved in a month traveling through 5 countries.
