Cozy, comfortable, and impressively clean rooms. The kitchen and bathrooms are always tidy and spotless, which really adds to the overall experience. The location is also a big plus. The host is friendly and welcoming, and I like the rule of not allowing backpacks in the rooms—it’s a thoughtful way to prevent bugs and keep the sleeping area clean. Shoes also have a designated place, which helps keep the entire area neat and tidy. The towel provided was a nice touch as well. Overall, you definitely get great value for what you pay. Just a quick reminder though: this is a hostel, not a hotel—so keep your expectations in line with that.

Beautifully kept and great location
Check in was 15:00 but despite being in Portugal they kept Spanish time and wouldn’t check us in until 16:00. They were also unhelpful for an older guest who wanted a lower bunk and they wouldn’t let her switch, saying it was fully booked - it was half empty.
