I loved the dinner that Lawrence made. It was so nice to have a multicourse meal and sit and visit with other pilgrims over a long dinner. The location is beautiful with a garden and a balcony off of the dining room. Love that they have a fridge full of drinks you can buy and also things for breakfast you can pay for so you don’t have to leave the Albergue. (All super reasonably priced). Our dinner had the best bread I’ve had on the Camino and Lawrence makes a delicious salad and homemade salad dressing.
I would definitely go back here as it was one of the favorite places I stayed but I just wouldn’t stay in the room with three twin beds. I checked some of the other beds in the hostel and they seemed just fine.

It's a tiring climb to get there, but it's a beautiful old house with a host that creates the atmosphere that the Camino is all about with a pilgrim dinner that brims with delicious bites & lively conversation. It is a memory that you won't forget.

This is a pretty chill place, so do not expect luxury, but focus on the place, the atmosphere, the other guests, the social dining and the host ;-)
