El apartamento está muy limpio y está muy bien ubicado.
Debería quedar reflejado en mayor detalle en la descripción que se trata de un cuarto sin ascensor y que lo que se alquila es una habitación dentro de un piso compartido con otras habitaciones, con baños compartidos.

Muy bonito, limpio y nuevo .
Baños compartidos , un cuarto piso sin ascensor , sin aire acondicionado y mucho ruido , el tráfico que tiene la calle era un poco molesta y el tren que pasaba cada poco durante toda la noche , si tienes problemas de insomnio pues molesto .
