The view and the facilities, and the space in the apartment.
Accessibility to train station while there’s a bus from station to house mojo right under the house the hours are limited. So plan accordingly.

Everything. Great location for skiing, beautiful view in a comfortable sitting area. Meggie (owner/operator) was very friendly/welcoming/helpful. Easy walk into center of Zermatt. Easy walk/bus option to get back (bus stop literally like 10 steps from the front door.

We loved the modern interior and the views! The location is excellent for skiing (5 mins to the lift), though the return walk is uphill.
The property is about a 20-minute walk from the nearest grocery store and town center.
