Best for that price in Belgrade so far!

Everything! First of all, great location. Close to Skadarlija, only 10 min walk. This residence is VERY CLEAN, from the corridors to the reception, to the kitchen, rooms and smoking area. The employees on the reception were very welcoming, proffessional and explained everything we needed to know. If you reserve a parking spot the car will be in a garage for 15eur a day. Expenses are the same they put on the site, for 4 people- 11 eur tax and it was not a problem because it was said earlier on the booking site. The rooms have everything that you need for a short stay (clean towels and bedsheets, slippers, hairdryer, shampoo and soap), mini fridge with beverages(you need to pay if you use) and welcoming water bottles. Breakfast was very enjoyable, Balkan at its best, everything was nicely cooked. The host/ also our chef was a remarkable person. We had a special request for a coffee that they didn’t have and he made it for us🥲 Also, the boy that waitered was very cultural which was satisfying. This residence could undergo expansion of the rooms on the lower floor just for more comfort for customers, nothing else. On the upper floor they have an upgrade of the rooms with more space. I highly recommend this place, we loved it!

Beds weren’t the most comfortable, parking was not great, the loft broke and we couldn’t use the garage, so ended up paying for street parking and yet they still charged us, it should have been paid for the first night.

The staff was very helpful calling cabs, carrying luggage and freezing my ice packs for my insulin

The location was a little removed from the active areas and stores. It was quiet and good curb appeal. The room was small but had everything stocked. The hotel was very clean and well tended by staff.

My room was not serviced during my stay. I asked for some instant coffee packets and made due with my towels and making up my room myself.

Pleasant stay in the heart of Dorcol

I really like this property, great location and value for money. The husband who works in the morning is an amazing guy, very communicative, pleasant.

Maybe just a few fine tunings: there was no soap in the shower and no one checked that, mini bar has a very very limited selection (softs and beer). Adding a wine or something might be a good idea there. Overall, a nice stay!

Highly recommended

Staff were exceptionally friendly. In particular, the lady who picked me up from the airport. I had a very interesting conversation with her in that taxi ride about her country and what to do on my visit. The chefs were very friendly too, even despite language barriers. Simple things like "good morning" here and there. Superb, comprehensive buffet breakfast. The location was close enough to everything I could've needed, and I never felt especially unsafe walking around, even at night.

The room was maybe a little small. But as a solo traveller, not a huge issue

The staff were absolutely superb - always friendly and kind and really helpful. The breakfast buffet was good, given the size of the hotel. The room had everything I needed and the location was great. It is the centre but on a very quiet street and it is a walkable distance to many of the attractions - for example around 15 minutes to get to the fortress or to Skadarlija.

Nothing! Just be mindful that there is no elevator in the hotel so, if that is an issue for you, just mention it when booking and I'm sure they'd be happy to give you a room on a lower floor.

Fantastic experience in the heart of Dorćol

This boutique hotel is perfectly situated in the Dorćol neighborhood, an area that exudes a unique charm with its rich history and natural beauty. It's an ideal choice for those who appreciate character and don't mind a touch of rustic appeal. The breakfast was delightful, and the staff was not only charming but also incredibly helpful. My room, though compact, was thoughtfully designed for convenience and impeccably clean.

The free Wi-Fi could be improved. Additionally, the towel warmer didn't seem to be working, but this was a minor detail.

The best accommodation!

Very friendly staff, especially Dragana. The owners, Svetlana and Mladjo, are so accommodating, pleasant, in a word, pertect. Delicious breakfast, clean, sunny, large rooms, big beds (pillows so comfortable ). Bathroom for 10+. If you are coming to Belgrade and need accommodation where you will feel excellent , be sure to visit this hotel. Warm recommended for everyone!

The hotel staff is very friendly, the room is great and food is delicious. We accidentally forgot the ring in the room, after half an hour we received a message that it had been found and how they could send it to us. We are delighted with the hotel staff. Warm recommendation!

Good stay, good value for money.

The hotel is very well situated in the heart of the city, in the old part. It is actually a bigger house, adapted to the business. Easy to access the pedestrian area with restaurants and shops. Clean, quiet, with staff very helpful. The breakfast was really wow - both in terms of menu and in terms of environment. It is served in the basement, which is an old cellar, redecorated beautifully, really loved it.

When I reserved, I had the option to select upper floor, which I preferred, to make sure there is no noise from the street. We were not told that access to the upper floor is via stairs which have have incredibly high steps in their last row. Quite a challenge to get there even without carrying anything. Parking is on the street, public paying parking, which we knew from the beginning. But once there, I realised I was just lucky to find a place to park, as it is a small side street. There would have been an alternative in an underground parking, but double the price per night.
