Venetian Infinity

Location was great, very close to the most important landmarks. The property had a vintage feel but with modern facilities and was very clean. Balcony was a nice feature as could be used for having a coffee and a chat.

We arrived very late in the night, about 2.30AM. The host sent me photos of the location in advance and, while navigating through Venice during the night it was not easy, we found it. The issue was that the host did not make clear that the code to access the main gate also opens at the same time the door to the block of flats so after we got in the internal yard we closed the gate and got locked in the yard and we couldn't exit to put the code in again. Luckily there was a woman walking on the street to go to the airport and although she wasn't speaking English she managed to put the code for us and this is how we got in. We, also, connected with the host who despite the late hour answered our messages but was unable to help as she was living away. So, lots of adventures to get in. The host could improve the guidance/photos to help guests locate and access the property. Once we got in all was good, though!

Wohnung super, Lage toll, Sauberkeit bestens.

In der Wohnung war es kühl, 19 Grad, was man leider nicht ändern konnte.

Sehr schönes Apartment in toller Lage, nur wenige Minuten zum Vaporetto und Piazza San Marco. Kommunikation mit Vermietern war sehr gut, wir haben per WhatsApp eine detailierte Beschreibung erhalten, wie wir die Unterkunft erreichen und wie wir die Türen öffnen können. Sehr professionell.

location! absolutely great location near San Marco.

not as nice as expected. pictures were better than reality. one bathroom is shoe horned into a wardrobe. it has air conditioning, but if you want to actually use it… then that is 10€ per day. that felt cheap on their part. also, taxes were only paid by cash (not card like the reservation). multiple annoyances added up to a mediocre experience. we were disappointed.
