Loved the location and the house was updated and clean. Could have used more dishes. With 8 people staying we ran out of dishes often since we cooked most meals in. Otherwise great!

Great room/kitchen was spacious allowing room for our family and others to share time together.
Cleaning of home was adequate, however a deeper cleaning is needed. Neighborhood was nice, easy walk to beach as well as paved trails leading thru Kiwanda Shores.

Great location. Good layout with lots of light. But unfortunately seems that it generally hasn't been taken care of. Lots of grime throughout the inside and outside. Spills and stains dried on the cabinets and baseboards. Outside railings hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Scuffs throughout and general damage hadn't been repaired or if repaired, completed poorly.
