The Nicola Del Mar is only 1-1/2 blocks to the beach and will fit your every need. Sought after 4 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths. Lots of fun all year round with a ping pong table just awaiting a challenge. When not at the beach, enjoy the large backyard patio with outdoor dining, a propane BBQ, fire pit, lots of seating and all completely fenced for privacy. Great house - everything as show in pics! Got kinda warm with no AC but not bad, lots of fans available which was great. Ping pong table needs new paddles, patio was lovely but could use a new set of chairs and table. Grill was great. Nice and close to the beach!
