Boasting ocean views from the top balcony, this three-story charmer is located near numerous fishing charters, the sandy shoreline of Bob Straub State Park, and all of Pacific City's local shops and eateries. For continued adventure, hop on the 101 and head up towards neighboring Tillamook or down towards Neskowin and Lincoln City.

When all you want to do is relax, the home's open-concept layout and comfortable furnishings aim to please. Cozy up in front of the living room's large smart TV and catch up on your favorite show. Prepare all of your signature dishes with the help of the kitchen's granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Or, opt to cook alfresco with the ocean breeze blowing through your hair as you fire up the gas grill.

Spacious and simply decorated, the four bedrooms are lined with soft linens and great exterior views. Downstairs, you'll discover an additional family room, complete with a bar and fridge. Great for extended family stays, the home boasts multiple TV rooms, a private washer/dryer, and even a collection of board games.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
