Our stay here was great. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was in a pretty central location to beaches and attractions. The only thing missing was a barbecue grill. We had a deer that came right in the front yard and was eating from the apple tree. Overall it was a great stay and would come again.

We loved the roomy bedrooms, my 2 teens were thrilled they each got their own room. House was very clean, except the kitchen cabinets could use a scrubbing.
The kitchen is well stocked. Bring paper plates, there are only 4 large and 4 small plates. The coffee maker is a Keurig duo. Bring your k-cups! The fenced backyard is nice for a dog. Even the outside deck chairs were clean. House is within walking distance of the beach. Safe neighborhood. Easy communicating with Vacasa and clear entry instructions. We had a great time! (Tip, rent ATV’s from Tsunami, we had a blast).

We visited during Memorial Day weekend and love this house! The location is great. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, etc., but off the beaten path enough to be quiet and peaceful. Loved kicking back on the deck and the fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs. King bed was super comfortable as well as the living room furniture. The place is so homey and cute. Water pressure is heavenly! Kitchen was well stocked for us to cook all our meals, although there aren’t any cups for drinks outside the coffee cups. Only some of the windows have screens. Turned out it wasn’t a big deal and we still opened them to enjoy a lovely cross-breeze. There is a washer and dryer, but no detergent/dryer sheets so bring those cups for your stay. There is also a dishwasher but only one packet of dishwasher soap available, so we hand washed our dishes until the last day to save it for checkout. The WiFi didn’t work the first night of our stay, but kicked back on for the rest of the trip. The Vacasa ops manager was super responsive and helpful when we contacted about the WiFi situation. Overall we absolutely loved our stay here and highly recommend.

I think that this home is good for the price. We are a blended family of seven, so finding a place for price and location is important.
The home lacked some amenities for a family of our large size, like an outdoor space and bbq. I also feel like it wasn't quite as clean as it should have been, but after giving specific feedback, I hope this would have improved. The fridge and oven were very clean, and I felt good about eating/cooking here. The bathroom was clean, and I felt comfortable showering here. King size bed was comfortable.
Considering everything, I would stay here again. It was a good part of town, good price, close to the beach, and a private space. I liked the set-up of the home. If you're a large party, then bring paper plates as the number of plates are limited.
