Ideally located only a third of a mile from the beautiful ocean beach in Pacific City, this light-filled home makes a wonderful base on the Northern Oregon Coast.

Built in 2017, this home has a lovely sense of polish, with bright rooms decorated in a chic palette of neutral tones. After a day spent at the beach, come home to warm up by the gas fireplace (or perhaps cool off in central AC) and stream movies on the living room's Roku TV. Or, step outside to find a fenced, sandy patio with a gas grill, lounge chairs, and an outdoor firepit (with wood provided) to gather around in the evenings.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need at mealtime, including stainless steel appliances, a prep island with bar seating, and an adjacent farm-style dining table for eight. After dinner, toss the day's swimsuits in the washer/dryer, set up a board game at the coffee table, or escape to the upstairs loft to send a few emails over the high-speed WiFi. The coffee table can be raised to be a standing desk - ideal for remote work or online school. Additional smart TVs can be found in the upstairs loft and most of the bedrooms.

This two-story house sits a short walk across Cape Kiwanda Drive from a beach access point. Beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, a boogie board, and a surfboard are provided for your use. You'll also be within strolling distance of other Pacific City favorites, including Pelican Brewing and Cape Kiwanda.

The garage is not used for parking.
Please note that all three bedrooms are upstairs.
Streaming services are available with guests' own account credentials.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: A Ring doorbell security camera is installed at this home.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
