Location to beach was fantastic! I felt the pictures in ad made it look newer than it was. More run down in person. Garbage cans outside were all full up.
The downstairs bathroom tub water leaked the entire stay. This is a problem for the owner because they are pay for a lot of water. That should be fixed. The back deck could have been swept and brightened up. Nice to have access to a bbq, however, really beat up.

it was a great location for beach access and centrally located for a lot of recreational areas.
The upstairs main bathroom sink was very slow to drain, there was a full load, of unwashed dishes in the dishwasher.

Facility was everything I expected. Close to the beach. Digital key was nice to not have to pick up keys
Almost everything you could ask for in the kitchen, but would have been ice to have extra frypan.
