Overall the house is cute and quant. It is very close to the beach, you can walk if you would like. Cozy and great for families with littles.
Needed more pots and pans and other tools needed to cook a meal. There are also stairs, which did not register with me since I don't recall seeing in the pictures. I have a bad hip so that would have been more helpful in knowing.

Location to beach was fantastic! I felt the pictures in ad made it look newer than it was. More run down in person. Garbage cans outside were all full up.
The downstairs bathroom tub water leaked the entire stay. This is a problem for the owner because they are pay for a lot of water. That should be fixed. The back deck could have been swept and brightened up. Nice to have access to a bbq, however, really beat up.

it was a great location for beach access and centrally located for a lot of recreational areas.
The upstairs main bathroom sink was very slow to drain, there was a full load, of unwashed dishes in the dishwasher.
