Home Away from Home - Hamilton House 202 is a SILVER rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Rocks Beach. This spacious 2nd-floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!
Vacation rental 202 has a balcony that is accessible from both the living room and main bedroom. It offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.
Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities. There is a walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. 202 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels.
The Hamilton House Resort amenities include Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Charcoal grill, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Parking is assigned with 1 covered spot underneath and 1 spot in open lot. Limit two parking passes at check-in.
Maximum occupancy: 4 persons (including infants). It is a Smoke -Free Vacation Rental. Sorry No Pets, trailers, RVs or boats.

This condo was perfect in every way. Beautiful view of the beach with lush tropical greenery. Very roomy and clean condo. About the only thing you will need to bring is toilet paper and paper towels. And any food you want to eat while there. They even supply beach chairs/beach towels/beach toys. I can't imagine needing anything else. And yes, it does have a blender in the fully stocked and well organized kitchen. All you have to do is enjoy some peace.

Overall we were alright with the rental at Hamilton House 202 but we would definitely recommend they do a few things to make the unit better. The unit could have been cleaned better but I always bring cleaning supplies to go over everything, so I did that when we arrived. I think they just need someone that focuses on details, for example the door to the condo was not locked when we arrived, just an oversight, I’m sure. I informed the rental company of this and that the condo wasn’t very clean and she apologized and said my manager will be in touch; I never heard from anyone. The master bedroom mattress pad needs to be replaced due to foul odor. I washed a comforter that was in one of the closets to cover it and that helped. We also had trouble sleeping due the noise from upstairs, ear plugs are a must! Honestly, I’m not sure if we would stay here again.
