Two assigned covered parking spaces are provided underneath the building. A maximum of two parking passes will be issued at check-in.
Located in Indian Rocks Beach, Hamilton House places guests near Gulf Boulevard restaurants, local shops, watersports, and family friendly attractions. Clearwater Beach and the neighboring coastal communities of Belleair Beach, Indian Shores, and North Redington Beach are also within easy reach.
A seven-night minimum stay with Friday arrival and departure is required. Please inquire about alternative dates. Maximum occupancy is six guests, including infants. The condo is in a beautiful location just feet from the beach. It was clean when we arrived. Close to restaurants & attractions. The unit and area seems very friendly to families with small kids. We were worried being spring break if the crowds would be family friendly The pool area is clean and comfortable although we wished it was heated. The negatives we had were minor- dvd & cable remotes had no batteries. Clock in kitchen was also in need of batteries. An open bag of chips found in the kitchen cabinet above the microwave. AC is rather loud when running. All in all I would definitely stay in Hamilton House 303 again.

It was clean, comfortable, the beach access was awesome. The view was beautiful. Wish you didn’t have to check in at another property a distance away. The last night lost AC. But overall would stay again!!

Condo was just ok. Owners don’t keep up with maintenance or supplies. JC resorts are nice people to do business with. Prices are rapidly getting out of reach for many people! Probably will not be back.
