About this apartment rental

Home Away from Home - Hamilton House 101 is a Silver rated Corner two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental. This spacious 1st-floor (Not Ground Level) vacation rental has a delightful decor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 101 has a balcony that is accessible from both the living room and main bedroom. It offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen cable TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities. There is a walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo in the guest bathroom. 101 has a Washer/Dryer, with Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Hamilton House Resort amenities include Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Charcoal grill, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Parking is assigned with 1 covered spot underneath and 1 spot in open lot. Limit two parking passes at check-in. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels.

Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants). It is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No trailers, RVs or boats. No pets are allowed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have used JC Resorts for over 20 years & I highly recommend them. Their properties are always as represented, clean, & appealing. The staff is responsive & efficient. My family has probably used them at least 30 times in 20 years. It's always a pleasure.

Reviewer Comments: I stayed here last year, and it was amazing.this year I was a little disapointed are bedroom sliding glass door would not lock because it was broken. also every time we opened the screen door off the bedroom and front room it fell off, we had to keep putting it back up. I did call the office about it, and they said they would send someone to fix it but that never happened.also, the stairway to get upstairs the lock would never open so I had to send someone up the elevator to come down the stairs to open the door for me I am unable to take the elevator, so my only way up was using the stairs.then our last day staying there we had a maintenance guy walk into our condo he knocked but only waited a couple of seconds before he entered, and I had my young teenage daughter there that he walked in on.which I dont understand why he came that day to change the filter because the next morning we had to checkout by 10am and the next group of people would not be checking into 4:pm so why did he not wait to change the filter the next day when no one was staying there?
