Beautiful condo. Great for a family vacation. Superb location. We didn’t have to buy umbrellas or toys. Everything was provided.

We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this condo! It was spotless and exceptionally clean when we arrived, making us feel comfortable right away.The location was perfect, right on the beach, within walking distance of great restaurants, and close to the trolley stop for exploring nearby beach towns. Indian Rocks Beach had a relaxed, old-Florida “Mom and Pop” charm that we loved. One of our favorite features was the large balcony with chairs and a table, perfect for relaxing and enjoying breathtaking sunsets.The condo was stocked with thoughtful extras that made our stay easy, including beach chairs, a beach buggy, beach towels, and a beach tent. The kitchen had everything we needed, plus extra supplies like paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags, small details that made a big difference. The washer and dryer were a huge bonus, especially for packing light and returning home with clean clothes. TVs in every room, especially the large living room TV, were a great bonus to watch the NY Knicks win the NBA championship. Communication with Fred was excellent from start to finish. He was responsive, helpful, and made everything seamless.We also appreciated the building’s security. The lobby was locked, and all entrances used access codes, so there were no keys to worry about.Overall, this condo had everything we needed for a comfortable, stress-free beach vacation. We would definitely stay here again the location truly is everything!

We had an amazing stay! The beach condo was the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in! We had everything we needed and Fred was easy to work with and so accomodating! We will be back!

This is the absolute best property with VRBO I have stayed at for the following reasons:1. Accuracy of listing - Exactly how it is listed; no surprises2. Communication with owner - Within an hour I always had resolution. I was the problem as I do not get notification when I get a VRBO email.3. Unit was the most well stocked unit I have ever seen - absolutely nothing missing! Maybe a bit better knives in the kitchen but literally that's all!!!!After a very difficult year, we needed peace and relaxation. To have a perfect location with the most well stocked condo with the most spectacular sunsets was a gift to all of us. Thank you sincerely!!!
