Home Away from Home - Hamilton House 307 is a SILVER rated three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Side View vacation rental located in Indian Rocks Beach. This spacious Light and bright top floor north east corner vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private balcony with plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!
Vacation rental 307 has a balcony that is accessible from both the living room and main bedroom. It offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.
Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and a queen and a double in each of the 2 guest bedrooms. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities. There is a walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. 307 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels.
The Hamilton House Resort amenities include Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Charcoal grill, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Parking is assigned with 2 covered parking spaces. Limit two parking passes at check-in.
Maximum occupancy: 8 persons (including infants). It is a Smoke -Free Vacation Rental. Sorry No Pets, trailers, RVs or boats.

Relaxing, cozy place for a relaxing, cozy beach!Amenities were overall very good. . . beautifully decorated with airy, bright, soothing decor and balcony. Could have used a better set of beach chairs and umbrella. Within a block's walking distance to a restaurant and ice cream parlor.Very small washer/dryer, but very clean and and spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

The place is great, but the listing has an incorrect check in time, so if you arrive early they make you wait until 4pm to check in despite your place being ready

This was our first time staying at the Hamilton House and our first experience with JC resort management. The condo was very clean, but showed its wear and tear from being a rental unit. The living room furniture, was starting to peel in spots and look very worn. In both bathrooms there was noticeable " patching " done on the walls in multiple spots. The repairs looked pretty bad and they never re painted the areas. In the main bathroom, the vanity countertop had the left side lamination missing The few windows that had sceens , the screens were literally in shreds. The master bedroom, the bed has a firm mattress on it, which isn’t a negative, we are just used to a softer mattress. The balcony was big with ample sitting. I feel this area is a little misrepresented. You do have a view of the ocean. But the majority of your view is overlooking other buildings and you can also hear the traffic on Gulf Blvd. This wasn't supposed to be a negative review , we just felt that we have stayed at better maintained units thats in the same price range. I almost made this a two star review. Because of how maintenance just let themselves in to our unit without any texts or voicemail saying that they needed in. They needed to change the batteries in the keypad . But without even knocking first they just let themselves in. As they were opening the door is when they announced their presence. This made us feel very uneasy the rest of the week. And was very unprofessional
