Home Away from Home - Hamilton House 102 is a SILVER rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Rocks Beach. This spacious 1st-floor (Not Ground Level) vacation rental has a delightful de'cor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!
Vacation 102 has the Balcony accessible from both the living room and main bedroom. It offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen cable TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.
Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities. There is a walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. 102 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.
The Hamilton House Resort amenities include Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, charcoal grill, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Parking is assigned with 1 covered spot underneath and 1 spot in open lot. Limit two parking passes at check-in. Check-out maid service included. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided as well as beach towels.
Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants). It is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry No pets, trailers, RVs or boats.

We loved our stay in this condo! It had everything we needed. We actually packed way too much because our room had so much of what we brought from home. The location from the room to the pool and the ocean were so convenient. We went to many new restaurants that were very close to the location. The only thing that could be improved was outside the balcony, a lot of our view was blocked by a big tree. If that was trimmed down we would have been able to see the beach perfectly! Overall, we highly recommend this condo!

The condo was clean and well stocked. We did have a bit of an issue with the master bath having a smell but maintenance came promptly within 10 minutes to take care of the issue. The location is fantastic. A lot within walking distance. The area is laid back and very scenic. The managers were very friendly and kind. The views are gorgeous! And the sunsets are breathtaking. Cant say enough about just how beautiful they really were. It was our first time staying in Indian Rocks Fl but it will definitely not be our last! My family had the best vacation and can't wait to go back.

We a lovely stay for a week at this condo. It was very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the deck, view, beach, pool, and surrounding area. I would highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay and wish that we could have stayed the second week we booked. We had to leave 6 days in to our stay due to a family emergency at home. We never did get to enjoy the pool because several vacationing, fall break families took over that space. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We will try to stay here again because the location is close to good restaurants and the beach is perfect. We would suggest cushions for the lanai chairs at the table.
