About this apartment rental
Gorgeous and bright two bedroom and two bath condo on the beach side of Gulf Boulevard. Though not considered oceanfront, the beach is steps away, with no road to cross. Enjoy the pool!
At least 5 restaurants or bars within easy walking distance.
Less hustle and bustle than Clearwater, but just minutes away.
Great local live music scene.
Noise from upstairs neighbors (pitter patter footstep) is the only reason you don't see all 5 star reviews.
Feeling like splurging? Ask me about possible VIP packages - for a reasonable fee I may be able to have the fridge and cabinets loaded with whatever you want when u arrive.
10 minutes from award winning Clearwater Beach and Marina.
20 minutes from John's Pass boardwalk shops.
Nail salon, barber shop, candy store, bait shop, yoga, massage - right across the street.
Less than 25 minutes from St. Pete Clearwater (PIE) airport.

I loved staying at Indian Rocks Beach in this amazing modern condo. It truly is a home away from home as it has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms and so much more. If you like to cook, you have everything in the kitchen that you would need. If you like to eat out, there are amazing restaurants within walking distance. The condo’s location is perfect and you don’t have to cross a street to get to the beach. I would definitely stay here again. -AP

Loved the location of the condo and the condo itself. It was very spacious, clean, and had all necessary beach amenities and was only a short walk to the beach; however, it was the noisiest condo I have ever visited. It almost became comical how noisy it was all day every day. Not only could I hear the music in my bedroom from Hurricane Eddie's from across the street until about 1 am each night they were open, but I could feel the music as well. At times we thought the tenants upstairs were going to step through the ceiling and join us in the living room for the night. I believe the walls and ceiling were insulated with mesh. If you plan to stay here, bring ear plugs or a sound machine to drown out all the noise.

This condo was cozy and comfortable and always stayed cool in the hot Florid heat. It was perfect for our family of 5. We basically had the pool to ourselves the entire week which was a plus. The host was quick to respond to our questions coming down during Tropical stor Debby. Wewould stay again!

This was the perfect location for my two daughters, granddaughter and myself. Just a very short walk and you are on the beautiful beach or go in the opposite direction and you had shopping and restaurants. The place was very clean and the open living/kitchen area made a wonderful place to sit and visit. Everything you could need was there. Kitchen was well supplied, plenty of towels, games, water toys. Besides food there was no need to go shopping if you didn't want to. Our host was very helpful on more than one occasion to answer questions and offer very good suggestions. Check out the "Little Toot" dolphin tour!

The condo was roomy,& well equipped. Very convenient to all .The restaurants, beach, attraction, short drive to John's pass & Clearwater.
