Welcome to Sandcastle North 302! This bright and beautiful condo is nestled in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach, just steps from the sugary-white sand. With three bedrooms and two full baths, there's plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their beach getaway. Step onto the spacious balcony and take in a spectacular sunset as the sky puts on its nightly masterpiece. Inside, the inviting living room is made for relaxing, with two double-reclining sofas and a smart TV—perfect for an epic family movie or game night. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need, whether you're whipping up a stack of pancakes for breakfast, preparing a memorable family dinner, or satisfying a late-night snack craving. This amazing condo is located right in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach, close to mouth watering restaurants and shops that the town is known for. Whether you're dreaming of a sunrise stroll along the beach, a relaxing afternoon by the pool, or a peaceful night in, Sandcastle North 302 offers the perfect setting to unwind, reconnect, and make lasting vacation memories.

Stainless steel appliances including: a large side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water in the door, glass-top stove/oven, microwave, airfryer/toaster oven, dishwasher, granite countertops, drip coffee maker, blender, charging station, basic dishes, cookware, bakeware, and utensils. Basic spices, cooking oil, coffee filters, and coffee are not always available

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: This unit comes with 1 assigned parking spot labeled 302. There is limited guest parking, which is on a first come first serve basis. Parking passes are required.
