The Space:

Reef Club 407 is located in Indian Rocks Beach. This lovely vacation rental unit has a lovely Gulf view! It was just completely redone with new tile throughout, new paint, a new kitchen, and new bedding. There is also new artwork on the walls. Amenities include secure internet access, a private full-size washer dryer, and covered parking. The complex is marvelous, very friendly, and family oriented. It has two elevators a shared hot tub, tennis courts, grills, and the largest pool on the beach!

There are several beaches right nearby, as well as the Indian Beach Rocks Nature Preserve.

Our extended family stayed in another unit and there were some definite differences between the 2 experiences in your favor:-Easier check in and out (did not have to go to.off-site location for parking passes, etc)-Fewer check out responsibilties.-You notified us about the gate code change.-2 Twins verses 1 twin and trundle in one of the rooms.-Information binders were very helpful.-Closet of beach items was handy, especially the cooler. Ice packs in freezer were nice to have.Only 1 piece of constructive feedback: the door code is waaaay too long to remeber and makes entering inconvenient. Guests may be tempted to leave it unlocked when leaving for shorter times, especially for younger kids to be able to reenter.

The condo is large with plenty of space and is very well stocked. The unit was clean, the property was beautiful and literally steps from the beach. We loved our stay here!
