Guest Access
Guests will receive a 6-digit access code that opens the door to the unit. Guests will also receive a physical key to the building via a lockbox outside the front entrance to the condominium building.
Parking access: you have access to 1 designated parking spot labeled `504.` For guests with multiple vehicles, there is additional parking on site on a first-come, first-served basis for any spots that start with the number 12.
Guests will also have access to the following:
- luggage carts and grocery carts located in the lobby
- Beach chairs, coolers, and beach and umbrellas in the storage closet located down the hall from the condo
- Heated Pool
- Sundeck
- Tennis courts
- Hot tub
- The beach can be accessed by the trail behind the property.

However, if you`re craving more excitement, bustling Clearwater Beach is only a 15-minute drive to the north, while St. Pete Beach is just a 30-minute drive to the south. For your convenience, a short drive over the 688 Causeway will lead you to grocery stores like Publix, Walmart, Target, and liquor stores, ensuring that you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

- From 12/23 - 4/20 every year, check-in and check-out days are restricted to Saturdays.
- This unit has a 14-night minimum, with no exceptions.
- SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit and on the property grounds. Smoking will result in a $500 fine.
- PETS: Sorry, no pets allowed
- APPLICATION: Guests will be asked to fill out an HOA application (at no charge) before their visit.
- BEACH GEAR: There is an outdoor storage closet shared with unit 504 next door with beach chairs, coolers, and umbrellas available for guest use. The key to the storage closet is provided in the condo
- You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
