Property was clean, communication with owner was excellent. Check-in and check-out was flawless. Despite the construction during our 3 week stay, noise levels did not interfere with our vacation. Access to pool and beach area were easily accessible.Overall host was welcoming and replied to our messages promptly.Thank you Greg for a wonderful vacation.Peter

We love IRB! Our family has vacationed in the area for about 25 years. Greg was a great host! The view was amazing & the location is quiet. We plan to return.

View of sunsets outstanding. Beach chairs were awful. Broken beach umbrella. Rust at front door and most metal places. Cigar smoke from unit above daily.
