Beautiful gulf front view, very comfortable and clean. We appreciated the new doors and appliances. Very glad to have access to bathrooms by the pool. Parking options were ideal, lobby was secure. Would recommend the condo to others, it was a pleasant stay.

This property is perfect. The location of the unit, being a true gulf front property, with a pool and right on the beach is second to none. The decor is nice but could use some updating. Everything was clean and in proper working condition. Just wish the check in process was handled without having to go to another property.

Condo was spotless on arrival. Everything we needed was available to meet our needs. Furniture was comfortable and very nice! And the view, stunning! Highly recommend this location! We visit this area every year and we will stay here again! Just a lovely place to go to relax and enjoy the best of Indian Rocks.

The first day I got there, the elevator did not work and had to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs to 3rd floor while raining. Needless to say, it was not a great experience. I have had several knee surgeries and this was definitely not what I was expecting to do on my first day of vacation.When I reported the elevator was broken, it was fixed within an hour or so.
