The location was excellent and right in the middle of the beautiful hills with the sheep. It felt safe and secure and we were surrounded by stunning views

Lovely property in a stunning location with friendly hosts. Spacious and comfortable. Views to die for.
No hot water in downstairs bath/shower, and extractor fan only worked in one upstairs bathroom. None of the heated towel rails seemed to be working either. Frying pans need replacing (we had to buy our own to cook with) and could do with an oven glove as was tricky to get hot food out without burning fingers. All the kitchen knives were very blunt too. Very patchy wifi and tv reception, probably due to rural location. There are three properties connected so outside space can get noisy if all three are occupied. Also please note that sheep surround the property so there is a lot of baa-ing, which can wake you up very early! And you have to navigate very narrow roads uphill to reach it, but it's worth it for the views.

Neither handwash nor shower gel were available in the property. We had to go to the nearby store to get it in the middle of the night.

It’s location was great, beautiful views, lots of space, each room had its own bathroom.
If we were to nit pick, some soap at the sinks would be great. It did not affect us, but if the house next door had people that sat outside it would have made it less private. Like I said only not picking it’s a great place.

Location, quietness, cosy. 3 bathrooms for 6 people was great!
Tv didn’t work and WiFi a bit patchy. But we came for fresh air and hiking so not a big issue for us.

All the rooms were very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and highly practical for our group of friends. We were able to cook and have a barbecue, accompanied by a gorgeous view.
The only thing is we would've appreciated cooking basics such as salt and pepper. Also missing a sponge for washing up, but the dishwasher sufficed.

The property is very spacious and the location and views are excellent. The outdoor space was also ideal for bringing a dog and allowed him to roam without us worrying that he would stray too far. There was also an impressive array of cooking/cleaning facilities available which made it easy to self-cater for the full week. All the property information was helpfully contained on a welcome sheet and route maps for nearby walks were also provided which was a lovely touch. The owners are also very welcoming and were happy/quick to help whenever we had questions. Really good spot for family/friend stays as the size of the property is very generous and it is good value for money. We will definitely be back!

The view was absolutely stunning and very convenient location to walk down into stavely or drive to nearby villages. Good size bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was a huge plus. Good sized kitchen and living area as well
