keukenuitrusting, was verouderd. koekenpan (1!) was van dusdanige slechte kwaliteit, maar niet niet gebruikt. alles kan wel een beetje opgefleurd en geverfd worden.

Bello l'edificio, acqua calda e riscaldamento ok. Comunicazione col proprietario positiva, materasso comodo, biancheria pulita.
Ho trovato eccessive le struzioni su come lasciare l appartamento, l' agenzia di gestione è incontattabile (non rispondono alle mail MAI), l' appartamento necessita di un restyling e decluttering, pulizia decisamente da migliorare, letto in obliquo perché il pavimento cede verso il centro dell' appartamento. Non era pronto per 4 persone al nostro arrivo, abbiamo dovuto farci i letti da soli. Alcuni utensili in cucina non erano puliti.
