Comfortable, great location, odd layout.

Great location and base for walking the Great Glen Way. Comfortable, good facilities and warm.

No owners or anyone to meet us,neighbours told us how to get in. Strange layout,very small kitchen and fridge, prepare food and walk to living room and table area.

Lovely, spacious homey apartment - truly a highlight of our whole highland adventure.

Beautiful, spacious home-away-from-home feeling. Comfortable bedrooms & showers, roomy living room with eating area. Lovely patio & a stunning deck overlooking a rushing little river. I found the neighborhood charming! And the urroundings include spectacular hiking (3-4 mile loop) opportunities. Also, our hostess made two hiking suggestions (one near the property and one near the our next step on our trip) that were two of the highlights of trip through the highlands.

Trip to Drumnadrochit

We had a brilliant time at the Treetops Bungalow. It was the perfect base for exploring Drumnadrochit and Loch Ness. Easy walking distance to the village, shops and restaurants and only 2 miles from Urquhart Castle. The bungalow was spacious and impeccably clean and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. The seating area near the river was a bonus and such a tranquil place to sit and discuss the events of the day with a chilled glass of wine! Sarah greeted us when we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed and to give us some hints and tips on what to explore. The Loch Ness cruise is a must and the visit to Urquhart Castle brought the history of the area to life. And if you’re lucky you might get a glimpse of Nessie herself! Would highly recommend Treetops without hesitation.

Quiet place, house very clean. Kitchen well equiped to Cook. Well located . Sarah is very Kind and discreet.

We would have appreciated a bigger bed, too small for 2 adults. A queen size would be perfect And I would add a curtain to the roof Window to protect of the light..

Tree Tops was a relaxed, comfortable, home from home which added greatly to the trips enjoyment.

We were made to feel very welcome by our hosts, who warmly greeted us on our arrival. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean and we appreciated the ensuite facilities for each bedroom. The location was very quiet but also close to local shops, and restaurants. The place immediately felt like a home away from home.

We loved the little village but next time we’ll stay in Inverness.

The space , it was clean and the beds were comfortable. However my duvet kept wadding up inside the cover, there were no extra blankets or towels. The heat never came on in the last bedroom and the shower was broiling hot and I couldn’t adjust it. The living room needs some throw blankets and a few pillows.it was very utilitarian. The biggest problem was that there was no way to dry my towels. (It was winter) The host was not very helpful and never enquired if she could help. For instance we walked a lot further than we thought and it turns out there was a village taxi. The village itself was very nice and we met several lovely people.

We were a lot further out than we expected! No way to dry clothes. No extra towels. The heat not working in my bedroom. The shower scalding and not working right. Host that never asked if there was anything they could do to make our stay better.

Located in a quiet street in Drumnadrochit. You can reach the town center by foot. You find everything you need in the appartment, comortable beds. Very friendly hosts.

It's quite noisy in the living room, since there is another appartment below. Fortunately it's quiet in the bedrooms. It's difficult to regulate the heating, because it is preset and didn't always fit with the time we were at the appartment.

Fantastic location, great host and extremely clean. It was lovely to watch deer on the hills at the rear of the property. The surrounding area is breathtakingly beautiful. There’s plenty to do and access to some great walks. Amenities nearby.

Loved our stay here.

Sarah is a fantastic host, and this is a wonderful place to stay. We felt like we were at home with a living/dining room, full kitchen, patio, spacious bedrooms with separate bathrooms, and a washing machine! This has been a long trip for us so we badly needed clean clothes! The location is easily accessible to Loch Ness. There are also some good places to eat and a small grocery store nearby. We loved our stay here.
