cuando llegamos la casa estaba abierta, no nos había avisado, lo cual al principio nos dio algo de miedo, pensando que nos habíamos confundido. nos sorprende saber, como leímos después en la información de la casa, que los dueños viven al lado... y sin embargo no vinieron a conocernos y a hablar con nosotros. eso para nuestra cultura es extraño, una lástima no tener contacto con las personas del lugar. no es sencillo manejar la TV la parte de arriba abuhardillada en un poco incómoda si eres muy alto cama doble de abajo es algo pequeña

Wonderful place in a great location. The cottage was quiet, nice, and cozy…perfect for our family of 4 (two young adult kids). Comfortable beds, comfortable living spaces. Had virtually everything you needed. Beautiful view of the hillside from an upstairs skylight. Owner was quickly responsive via the Booking chat. Great proximity to small Loch Ness town center (about a 5-minute drive) where there were a number of restaurants (we ate at a few and they were delicious), shops, and Loch Ness Monster-themed attractions like the Exhibition Centre and boat tours. About a 20-25 minute drive to Inverness via A82 road. NOTES: -Struggled a little bit with the drier portion of the Washer/Drier combo machine (pretty sure we were just using it incorrectly though) -If you’re not used to the roads of the area, A82 is a single lane, two-way road, at 60 mph. No shoulders (with the occasional small spots to pull off), winding roads with many blind spots, rocky hillside walls just inches from your vehicle on one side, with steep-drop cliffs to the loch on the other side, while passing by many big-rigs, buses, large vans, etc., driving at top speeds. Very white-knuckle driving situation. Drivers will aggressively overtake you if you’re driving under the speed limit. Some weren’t fans of my cautious driving HAHA HA.
