5-room cottage on 2 levels. Spacious and bright, partly with sloping ceilings, comfortable and cosy furnishings: living room with TV (flat screen). Dining room with dining table. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, grill) with dining table. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed. 1 double bedroom with 2 beds. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Large garden, lawn. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), conservatory. Very beautiful, of the lake, the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Parking at the house. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only EN. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
