A wonderful break in nature

This rustic and quiet chalet in the woods was perfect for us. Lots of walks from the doorstep was our priority since our dog is car anxious, and the hosts kindly showed us walks for all abilities and tastes. We were spoilt for choice as we could reach beautiful wooden trails, impressive waterfalls, lochs and moorland all on foot, even a corbett (Ben Tee) for a longer hike. The two Loch Lochy munros are only a 10 min drive away and a fab day out! The property was exactly what the doctor prescribed, wildlife all around and peaceful, clean and spacious. If you don't plan to drive around during your stay, I'd recommend to stock up on fresh food as there are no shops nearby (apart from the petrol station which has some essentials). The chalet is equipped with sufficient cooking facilities and utensils.

Een geweldig verblijf bij super aardige mensen.

Wij hadden een chalet geboekt en dit bleek wat hoger op een heuvel te liggen met heel veel privacy en een geweldig uitzicht op de berg Schiehallion ('fairy hill of the Caledonians'). Onze hosts waren super aardig en relaxed en we hebben genoten van ons verblijf bij hen.

Het chalet is erg ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien, maar de badkamer had wat groter mogen zijn.
