Location was great, a 5 minute walk from the ski lift and 20 minutes from morzine. There was plenty of room for our group of 10 and enough bathrooms for everyone. Plenty of cooking apparatus and washing facilities was great.
The pillows were a bit flat. The hot water wasn’t nearly enough for everyone so we had to have quick showers at different times of the day. Sometimes the water downstairs would be hot but upstairs wouldn’t. The tumble drier was very temperamental/didn’t work due to an error code (inner thermostat not working) so we ended up laying our clothes on the floor and using the underfloor heating to dry clothes in the entry room.

Le logement est spacieux, pratique et confortable.
Les chiens sont acceptés.
Le propriétaire répond rapidement aux questions. La communication est aisée.

Petits soucis de propreté et d’entretien du chalet qui pourraient être facilement réglés.

Great spacious chalet
Poor equipment, particularly in the kitchen and for dining. For example, only 4 wine glasses, no water glasses and no decent kitchen knives.
Main parking space had an old landrover in it for the whole week.

Le chalet est magnifique et l'emplacement optimal.
La propreté n'est pas au rdv, la société de nettoyage pourrait être plus professionnelle !
De maniere generale, manque d’entretien. Plusieurs luminaires défectueux, sèche linge qui ne fonctionne pas non plus. Deux chambres sont contraignantes par le bruit des évacuations wc/eau et chauffe du ballon d'eau chaude.....
