Great location, and well served apartment.

Fantastic location, right in the centre of the village amidst the shopping and restaurants, and mid-way between the two gondolas for skiing. The underground parking is a very useful bonus, avoiding the dust from the public parking. The apartment has everything you’d need included, can happily recommend it.

It’s a bit of a walk with skis to the apartment, but most rental shops (especially if you choose one close to the Gondola) offer storage for skis and boots which is a much better bet.

Enjoyable stay at Morzine.

The location and all the appartment in general.

When we arrived, the keys were inside the mailbox as agreed, but the mailbox door was left open. Not having any shower gel. There was hair on the bathroom floor. The mattresses in one of the rooms are very thin. The parking space is too narrow.

Lovely but small

The property was lovely we went as a family of 4 with two older teenagers. Rooms are definitely not suitable, also not enough storage in the apartment for clothes, suitcases etc. Two out of the four had to live out of their suitcases which is not ideal. The property is more suited to three people for a comfortable stay.

Loved it, great location in a great resort

Very central location (which meant it was great for having everything on our doorstep).

It was fine for us but others might find the property a bit noisy at night, what with it overlooking the main square and being above a bar with outside seating.

Perfect location for town, some niggly features that could be easily sorted.

Location excellent - right in the middle of town. Perfect for going to convenience store, of going out for night. Entrance easy, and also had facilities in basement to keep skiis which was perfect.

Facilities in flat, slightly frustrating - i.e range of wine glasses, none that matched and were worn, either that or stained, so fiddling around to find a decent wine glass each time. TV instructions on wall didn't relate to how the TV worked, so after 20 mins, I gave up - not a big thing, as I wasn't there to watch TV, but could have been useful. Chairs around kitchen table don't fit under without bashing each time, really annoying, and simple to sort. No chairs in bedroom to put your clothes on, so wife had cupboard, I had a spare bed with everything out.

The second bunk bedroom was small and by the entrance door to the apartment. No door to that bedroom, just a curtain and no window in that bedroom. That room gets very hot (even with heaters off) and stuffy and was not pleasant for sleeping in. Guests in there had very poor nights sleeping. The apartment is for 4 persons but there is only a two seater sofa in the living area so two people had to sit on the hard dining chairs in the evening while relaxing. Only single pillows provided. Would have appreciated two pillows per person. For the price we thought it was disappointing. Sorry.

The unhelpful staff at the office, we had to check out of the room at 10am, but our flight was not until 8.15 pm….when we asked if we could leave our 3 cases in their extremely large office for a few hours whilst we skied we were bluntly told no ! totally unhelpful, and rude. They told us that customers who booked the transfers with them had priority and they weren’t prepared to help us ! We had booked our transfers with Skiddy Gonzales who were very helpful and cheaper.

Exceptional

The really big plus for us was the central location. Good shops very close by and also close to the free bus service which we used regularly to get up to Les Prodains and from there to Avoriaz. Within easy walking distance of the Pleney lift which opens up skiing opportunities in both Morzine and Les Gets. Fantastic location all round.

The images of the apartment need to be updated to show the apartment as it is now. The layout of the main living area is very different to the images. The apartment is smaller than the images would indicate but will still accommodate four people in comfort.

A great apartment in the bang centre of Morzine!

The property was incredibly central. The balcony has a lovely view of the Pleney. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Tessa and the team were extremely helpful with everything!

this is a tiny 2 bed apartment - there is a bunk room that is 6’ wide and a twin room where you can barely move around the beds. the facilities generally are 2 star in quality.

The location could not of been more central. It was perfect.

The Snow & Trek support was poor. I made two requests for extra bedding and did not get any after being told they would drop some off the 1st time. After my 2nd request they didn't even reply.

Best location in Morzine

No better location in Morzine, situated right in the town square a 2 minute walk from both Pleney bubble and the super Morzine express. Very close to all the main bars and restaurants. Nicely presented apartment with 2 small bedrooms and an open plan lounge/kitchen and a beautiful south facing balcony which I'm sure is a joy to sit out on in the summer months. Private boot room in the basement go the block (not heated) to store skis and boots. Basic kitchen and cleaning essentials were provided and also a couple bottles of wine complementary! Overall excellent property with easy check in/check out, would recommend highly!

Bedrooms are small and bed length could be longer. 1 bedroom has a bunk bed, the other has two single bed. Still comfortable however and not a major issue at all

Fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!! Great location, in between both ski lifts and centre of town. Great staff who are very helpful. All you need is supplied but if you forget anything there is a Spar right outside.

Disappointing

Close to cable cars. Pharmatce, grocery store, boulangerie, laundry just outside

Apartment was dusty and not clean. Elevator was broken, and after it was fixed, it seemed to require some sensor which we did not have. The bed was small with bad mattress you could feel the springs at your back. Very noisy street with open fire restaurant and smoke every night. no storage for bikes. Not allowed to bring bike into building - was not advertised beforehand Did not even have soap to wash your hands once you arrive.
