About this apartment rental
Kauri is a 140sqm apartment located in Residence Le Ridge in Morzine, on the sunnier side of the village and approx 10 minutes' walk to the centre and lifts. It sleeps up to 7 guests in three bedrooms and provides a practical base close to both skiing and village amenities.
The main living space includes a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen, with an attic area fitted with bean bags providing an additional place to sit. Guests have access to a shared wellness area with a gym and sauna, open daily from 10:00 AM to 7:45 PM, as well as a communal bike storage area. Lake Montriond, hiking trails, waterfalls, and mountain biking routes are all nearby, with the Super Morzine gondola within walking distance.
- Pets: Pets are allowed. A €100 fee will be charged upon arrival, along with an increased security deposit.
- Smoking: Not allowed

We booked Kauri apartment for a group of 6 and it was excellent. Dealing with Emerald company was a pleasure, they were very helpful, friendly and prompt. The apartment was comfortable, warm and modern. I would definitely recommend the company and the property !
