About this apartment rental
Takian is a three-bedroom apartment in Residence Le Ridge in Morzine, sleeping up to 6 guests. A balcony looks out towards the surrounding Alpine peaks, and the apartment is about a 10-minute walk from the centre and lifts. The main living area is open plan, with the kitchen, dining, and lounge arranged in one space. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the interior has a more traditional alpine feel with wood throughout.
A gym and sauna are available within the residence, open daily from 10:00 AM to 7:45 PM, along with communal bike storage available on a first-come basis. Morzine's centre, shops and lifts are a short walk away. Winter centres on skiing across the Portes du Soleil area, with sledging on Le Pleney and snowshoe trails for quieter days. In summer, the valley turns to white-water rafting on the Dranse, canyoning near the Nyon waterfall and paragliding, alongside hiking and mountain biking routes.
- Pets: Pets are allowed. A €100 fee will be charged upon arrival, along with an increased security deposit.
- Smoking: Not allowed

Very nice apartment, cosy for 6 adults but manageable. Would of been nice for a welcome food pack, as arriving late and no supermarkets open and it is a good 15 mins walk into Morzine centre. Communication with the agent very good and lots of instructions about the apartment/area etc

We fully enjoyed the apartment. The beds and bedrooms are comfortable and quite large for France. The finishes are top notch. The main room is a wee bit tight small because of the vaulted ceiling but the main window view makes up for it.
Bummer that the jaccuzzi was closed.

We had a lovely weekend break skiing and stayed in Takian Apartment. It has everything you need - 3 double bedrooms one of which is large with an en suite. There is also a cosy living area and kitchen. It’s about 10 minutes walk to the Super Morzine lift so a handy location for skiing and then enjoying the shops and restaurants in Morzine centre. There is also parking behind the apartment if you bring a car. Excellent communication from the hosts and they were very thoughtful in leaving a box of chocolates as it was my birthday when we were there. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend the apartment and would stay again. Thanks for letting us stay.

Bel appartement entièrement rénové, décoration très soignée et à 8 mn à pied du centre de Morzine en passant par la passerelle.
