Located on a large hillside facing due South, the chalet offers a magnificent panoramic view spanning over 180° of the valley and the mountains.

Our 400m2 chalet comfortably accommodates 15 people in a warm and friendly atmosphere, with spacious living areas for gathering and relaxing. Both adults and children will find ample space to enjoy quality time together.

The highlights of our family chalet include:

- Inside, spacious living areas, a large double-sided fireplace between the living room and dining room, an open kitchen connected to the dining area, a large mezzanine space (TV) on the first floor, and bedrooms and bathrooms spread across the upper two floors for everyone's tranquility.

- Outside, a large garden facing South over the valley, a heated pool (28° - dimensions 10 X 4 m - open from May to October), a sheltered wooden terrace, a sun-drenched wooden terrace, a grassy terrace shaded by a lime tree, a bread oven hosting the BBQ, a children's play area, and a water source flowing into a trough all year round!

- A South-facing view from West to East of the Criou, Buet, the Cirque du Fer à Cheval, Aiguille du Midi, Pointe de Sale, the Saix and the slopes of Samoëns, La Vieille and the slopes of Morillon, not forgetting the village of Samoëns in the valley!

Distribution of interior spaces:

- On the ground floor, various living spaces, the central fireplace, the open kitchen, beams, and terracotta floors create a very warm and convivial atmosphere.

- On the 1st and 2nd floors, the chalet offers 6 double bedrooms and 2 'dormitory' spaces with 3 single beds each. These two levels also have large common areas to allow all generations to gather in various spaces.

The bathrooms are spread across the three levels for everyone's convenience:
- On the ground floor, shower room and a laundry room,
- On the 1st floor, a bathroom + a shower connected to the "suite" bedroom, a second bathroom, and a shower room.
- On the 2nd floor, a shower room.
- 4 separate toilets are spread over the 3 levels.

- The Samoëns ski area is part of the Grand Massif (Flaine, Les Carroz, Samoëns, Morillon, Sixt Fer à Cheval) with 265 km of slopes spread over 139 runs, 62 ski lifts, in a preserved environment (40,000 hectares of forest) and a breathtaking panorama of the Mont Blanc range and the Jura range.
