Located at the entrance of Morzine, 100m from the free shuttle every 15 minutes, 1700m from the ski slopes and shops, 100m from the Bakery, the Manupa Clévie chalet offers space and comfort for a family or a group of 16 to 18 people.
In summer, you can enjoy the lawn and pleasantly access the municipal swimming pool along the Dérèches path (children's games, animal farm, equestrian centre, vital course) which promises you a beautiful walk along the river.

On the ground floor
- 1 Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with a large worktop, an oven, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a dishwasher, freezer and 2 refrigerators.
- 1 Dining room with table and chairs
- 1 Living room with TV stand and television
- 1 Separate toilet
- 1 Bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and laundry area
- 1 Bathroom with shower, washbasin and tumble dryer
- 1 Office with sofa bed (160x200) and a wardrobe
On the 1st floor:
- 2 Rooms with double bed (160x200) with chest of drawers or wardrobe
- 2 Rooms with single bed (90x190) with chest of drawers

This property worked well for our large group of two families. However it needs a bit of an upgrade inside as dishwasher didn’t clean well and one fridge froze contents solid.

The chalet was well appointed for self catering. 5 minutes walk from boulengerie. Well located for skiing in Morzine and avoriaz.
