Nice chalet, poorly managed

Location: Good in relation to ski bus. Chalet: Spacious and well decorated.

Staff: The property management company detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. We were put in a group chat with 3 staff members and received multiple unnecessary messages which was annoying. There is a sign in the downstairs garage indicating guests can borrow items if returned. I took bin bags after asking a staff member, who said yes, only to later receive a message accusing me of taking them inappropriately—unfair and unpleasant. Despite the high cost for a week-long stay, guests must clean the kitchen but are then not provided with enough supplies (e.g., the bin bags, but also dishwasher tablets etc.). As above, the staff had a problem with providing a basic level of supplies even after stating that guests are responsible for cleaning. Also, having to drive elsewhere to leave full bin bags at checkout does not reflect the advertised luxury experience. Facilities: I think it needs to be clearer that the hot tub and sauna are shared facilities between 6 big sized chalets. It is also poor that these can only be accessed during certain hours - especially that the sauna cannot be turned on until 5pm and takes a significant amount of time to reach temperature which means you cannot use it until much later. Chalet: The staff did not make it clear that the front door to the chalet was actually a shared entrance with a second chalet in the basement below us. We subsequently left our internal front door open for two days until we noticed people walking in and going downstairs. There were repeatedly bad smells in the bathrooms (bathrooms were separate to toilets), presumably coming from the drains. This was not after any use. Chalet amenities: Towels were really poor quality, we only received one per guest and some had rips in. More shampoo and conditioner would be nice given the cost of the stay.

Very nice place

Very clean, fresh and nice place. Nice decor and many nice details, like bathrobe and slippers. Even a fondue pot. Nice views. We had a cot prepared for our 1 year old and it was a safe modern one. Good wifi. Helpful staff! Best place we have stayed!

It looks like a 5 stars hotel. New, nice, comfort, well equipped. Amaizing view to the mountains. There is a big comfirtable and nice sheared salon, dining room with kitchen.

Only stayed a night, but a lovely place in the mountains.

I only stayed one night at Les Trois Chaufatons after completing Etape du Tour in Morzine. The location was great for this - not far from the town. Prompt and helpful communication and flexible check-in arrangements were much appreciated. The property has great views of the mountains, and the hot tub was perfect to soak my tired legs after the ride!

Beautiful Chalet and views

The property is beautiful. It is modern, clean, spacious and the decor fantastic. The fact all rooms have their own toilet and shower made it great for a holiday with friends and children. The rooms are a great size and the beds are huge. it really is a lovely, lovely property. The balconies and views are stunning and it was great to be able to see the top of the Pléney.

whilst the chalet is great, the Wi-Fi is non-existent. Whilst that isn’t a massive issue, when travelling with young children, the ability to watch TV (eg. Netflix) would have been very helpful. We did report it but we’re told it was a known issue and likely to be because too many people had connected. I don’t think it should be advertised as having Wi-Fi because it didn’t apart from our first evening. The sauna did not work for the duration of our stay The heating isn’t able to be controlled locally and we found the chalet to be uncomfortably hot in the early hours of the morning, although was fine the rest of the time.

A fantastic chalet with great views !

The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. The chalet was fantastic, modern and extremley clean. We particularly enjoyed the spa with the mountain view.

The toilet was not in our room, and we had to go into the shared kitchen/living room area to use it. The check out was difficult as we left a cash deposit and had to wait a while for someone to arrive to return it to us. For anyone deciding to go, its better to use a card deposit so you can leave whenever you want.

Wonderful location in Montriond, the bus stop is less than a 5 minute walk to get to Morzine or the Ardent lift.

We loved the location and the view was incredible. it was beautifully set out, the bed was very comfy. The hot tub was fantastic, just what need at the end of a long day skiing and the view from the tub was also wonderful, to look out across the valley at the mountains.

There weren’t any handrails from the front door to down the stairs to the chalet and the light was lotion sensored so when coming down the stairs it was hard in the dark. A handrail would make you feel that bit safer on unfamiliar stairs. Also, no coat hooks by the door. Coat hooks would make the place feel more tidy as we used the chairs in the kitchen and bedroom to leave them on and we felt it would be better having them by the door and out of the way.

Very comfortable accommodation and plenty of room for the whole family.

Toaster didn't work but was replaced; wi-fi didn't work for the whole of our stay; no tea cups; and jacuzzi not available because it was being cleaned without any notice that this was the case.

Leider hatten wir ein Apartment im EG/Souterrain - direkt neben der Tür zur Tiefgarage. Der „Garten“ war nicht schön, man konnte sich nicht raussetzen. Ausserdem durfte man nicht so genau hinschauen - an der Küche fehlte eine Abdeckung, in den Ecken überall Spinnweben. Beim Check-In wurde leider kein Wort Englisch gesprochen.

Une impression de confort et de luxe qui fait plaisir quand on a juste une semaine de vacances.

Tout le reste. La grandeur du logement, la décoration, les chambres, les lits, les salles de bain, la cheminée, le confort... Presque tout finalement.

Il faisait un peu trop chaud même en baissant le chauffage au max. Le fait que le sauna, jacuzzi soient partagés avec d'autres chalets.
