A very beautiful, recently built apartment, perfectly situated on the shuttle route that will quickly take you to the lively centre of the resort, the ski slopes and all the shops. It is just a stone's throw from the historic district of Pied de la Plagne, at the entrance to Morzine, that we invite you to spend a sporty and relaxing stay with family or friends.



It is in this beautiful Duplex on the 1st floor of a chalet-style residence that you will organise your stay as you wish. You will start the day with a good breakfast accompanied by croissants and fresh bread from the nearby bakery, then you will decide whether to ski in the Portes du Soleil domain or to stroll through the lively streets of the resort, without using the car which will remain in the garage. At the end of the day, nothing beats a little walk through the old village of Pied de la Plagne, followed by a visit to the neighbouring chapel built at the beginning of the 19th century to ward off storms, before enjoying an aperitif on the terrace facing the setting sun. In summer, the Dérèches park will allow you to reach the water park and skate park on foot or by bike, taking advantage of the shaded paths along the river.

The apartment accommodates 6 people and consists on the 1st floor of an entrance with bathroom (shower) and WC, a bedroom with 2 twin beds of 90x200cm and TV overlooking a balcony facing East and a bedroom (cabin) fitted with 2 bunk beds of 90x190cm. Then on the 2nd floor, the 3rd bedroom equipped with a queen size bed (160x200cm) with TV and balcony facing East, a bathroom (shower), an independent WC with washbasin and finally a beautiful living room with high ceilings with a well-equipped kitchen, all opening onto the terrace ideally facing south-west. A large garage allows you to easily park the car and/or store the bikes, not forgetting a large ski locker.
