Small details Matter
The beds were comfortable. The property was cosy once we found out how to adjust the heating.
The property is on a very dangerous bend for exiting in a vehicle never mind walking. On the main booking.com advert there was no mention of the extra charge for linen and towels per person you only find this out after another email arrives. The TV would not connect to WiFi which was a pain. Also no information welcome pack for the chalet so you either had to ring the property manager or figure it out yourself.

The stay was sufficient but the management by the agency can be improved, I think a check in with someone to receive you
The chalet is small but nice, close to the center of Morzine.
No one received us for Check in and for any information we had to call the agency that runs the chalet, which is very difficult to get on the phone, The chalet is dusty, there is no hair dryer and no sheets and towels either. The agency told us that we had not reserved the sheets and according to contract we should have. We had actually received the contract in a miniature format and the apostille on the towels was not easily seen nor understood. In the end they brought us the sheets they had, only for 4 beds and the chalet has 6 beds. They also did not give us comforter covers.

A shower head holder would have been great and a bit more seating in the lounge.
